ROYAL PASS

I bought the Royal pass 1-100 I used a 90 UC voucher but I only got 50 rp one and the system deducted 630 UC from my account please help fast

But i originally bought 100 rp but it deducted the price of 100 but gave me only 50 @Quendi

Please check through the in-game customer service currency turnover feature and share a screenshot from there if this is the case, @𝐆𝐏𓂃zyΓ±. You can navigate to customer service page from your Account settings and select Shortcut Tools > Currency Turnover > select UC option from top-right.

@Quendi @Quendi @.Nadïa.🌴 sorry to mention you guys but I lost my UC due to a malfunction in the server so please help me I originally bought 100 rp for 720 UC but I used a 90uc voucher so the total was 630 UC but the system only gave me 50 rp and deducted 630 UC from my account
