Potential Overlooked Issue Detected by Deepscan in Effect Code Base
I was playing around with scanning the effect code base with deepscan and it gave a warning about this. I'm not sure if it would actaully cause issues but it seems like a gotcha that might have been overlooked. Same with w3cTraceId.
