shader not working

i watched a yt video where the youtuber has the mod an bliss shader i installed optifine and with bliss it doesnt worked so i installed embeddium and ocolus like the youtuber said and but it in the mod file and the optifine out of it but still not working idk what i doing wrong is there a change so the bliss shader is not working or do i something wrong
