Unable to log in

We have been using a shared email box of logging in to Cloudflare (mailbox_name@nokia.com) with a normal password.
Now we are getting redirected to SSO (as we are using a Nokia domain for email sign in) and we are unable to log in with a password: How do we resolve this? We keep getting a unable to log in error (1001), and then tries to redirect to microsoft.
