i just reached lvl 20 and they told me you are banned 120h , i didn t play any game

The ban in competetive is always higher than in other modes

For e.g if u go afk in a mode like unrated, the ban u will get on all modes (except comp) will be 24 hours. But the ban on comp will be like a week
