hmmmm just wanna make sure with one more thing:
run these commands at the same time while playing valorant like a death match (will take about 4min to finish) use two different cmd to run em at the same time:
(remove the spaces between the . and 0 and . and 1
(ping 192.207.0. 0 -n 250) > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\ping_rito.txt"
(ping 192.168.5. 1 -n 250) > "%USERPROFILE%\desktop\ping_router.txt"
when they are done send the files that appeared on your desktop overokay getting set up now

and this ethernet is connect stright to your gateway/router?

I have Ethernet from wall into a splitter. That's does split internet into a wifi extender I think. As well as a few other things
that might be your problem
can you run an ethernet cable from your pc stright to your router?

No I can't really do that it's 2 floors below me in the basement. But that has never been an issue before and has been set up this way for 3 years

hey @3nzo since when you having problems like this ? can you try tracing
8.8.8.8 or 1.1.1.1 ? looks like your second hop which is usually your internet provider having some major issues if you are hitting 100ms
I had a look and COX to Central NA is sitting to about 27ms RTT (to Valorant gamepods)
we need to make sure you dont have jitter on the path like that in order to play with clean latencytracert 8.8.8.8 or tracert 1.1.1.1 :ska_capoonod:

if this is not ongoing for days, usually these correct themselves as ISP should have proper monitoring in place that will catch these, but if you want you can call your ISP and raise a technical issue. Just tell them your internet is slow, also do you know what speed you should get ? I mean is your connection 100Mbps UPDOWN ? when you do a speed test you should get some wacky results
^ you can also give them the trace showing the jitter
try doing a speedtest if you get your internet speed what you paying for
