DeckyLoader in Bazzite doubts

Right now I have an AllyX with Bazzite and a W11 laptop. I'm thinking about migrate my laptop to Bazzite and I have a question that, at least for me, is important. The laptop has Nvidia GPU so gamescope (or gamemode) is not available and I'll have to use Steam desktop UI or BigPicture UI. Can DeckyLoader be installed in bazzite-nvidia images and access to Decky menu using BigPicture?
Other question. I'm Decky plugin developer and I'm working on a plugin to perform tweaks on Bazzite running over Rog Ally and Ally X. I need to make some UI tests and debug so I have to access CEF using web browser in my PC. In my SteamDeck I enable proper settings and I can access it on <IP>:8081, however on ally with Bazzite if I do the same, it doesn't work, it says "Connection refused" so... Is there any trouble with that port? is CEF working on Decky running on Bazzite?
BTW, does someone know how to have low-level control of RGBs on AllyX?
