Re-initiate domain transfer

I tried to initiate a transfer. It failed with my original registrar (FastDomain) who requested I cancel and then initiate again.

I cancelled the transfer with Cloudfare, but now it does not show up as eligible to transfer.

Any thoughts on how to get the domain back to eligible to transfer?
