[Bug] Organizations that share data override permissions
Example: A user's primary organization is organization A. This user is also a part of organization B.
Organization A and B share data, such as player notes. Player notes done by Organization B should be able to be seen by Organization A. However, if the user does not have permissions in organization B, it will override their ability to see player notes they would otherwise be able to see since they are in Organization A.
We just had this issue and could not understand why one of our admins could not see certain notes by a shared organization. We noticed they were also in that organization, however that org has since been disbanded. Only the organization on BattleMetrics exists anymore. Once our admin left their organization, they were able to see the notes they were not able to see before.
