That's what I get when I try to login. I tried 2 phones and 1 pc all gave same error

like i watched youtube videos how to fix it i even used VPN i know its illegal but just for test i tried and it still did not work
like nothing worked
3 different devices same problem
i tried different wifi aswell also same problem

i did everything man.. I uninstalled it, i reinstalled it, i repaired game

like my account is linked to phone number and im trying to connect trough that if i record it will show everything
Is your account connected to any other social media account?
long time ago it was on twitter but that twitter is deleted
and i logged in to that account trough my phone number all the time if its possible you can check logs you will see
actually i always used phone numbers to be honest
i did not play for like 2-3 months but i usually logged in every 2-3 weeks just to check account collect some stuff events blah blah but at new update they asked me to log in again
and now it always shows that error

I very hope so because i rlly wanted to come back and play but i spent tonnnsss of money on that account and now im sooooo dissapointed that i cant login 😄 i can send full proofs of payments that im the account owner if needed just help me fix the issue 😄
Have you tried contacting customer service? They might be able to help faster than we could.

i contacted them trough every possible way and no answer 😄 i sent emails, live chats but still nothing 1 time only robot answered me and thats it did not help anyway 😄

Also, would you be able to send a video of you trying to log in just like the video I have attached - it does not show your password, however, you can blur out your phone number. (The below video is as an example).
