Rebooting and reinstalling did not fix this issue.
Press windows key + r
Type regedit
Enter
And go to this path
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Image File Execution Options

Im not sure if you know it but
i was trying to get my account back i send them wrong information first and i send them one more mail with right answers are they gonna check first one second one or both i send them the answer before they respond back
Usually when the first ticket is open, they ask you to reply only to the first ticket and close the 2nd.
Just wait for a response and see what they say.
