Jacket advice
First time poster here, looking for advice on a jacket that I like, both in terms of how well it fits me, and what others think of it.
My knowledge of fashion and clothes is pretty much as low as you could imagine, my normal go to is tshirt hoodie and chinos, pretty much everywhere (even work) - not because I've put any thought into it, just because when one wears out, I get the same. It's kept me going for years but I'm trying to branch out and explore this scary work of fashion.
So I don't have a jacket like this to compare it to, and I'm trying to work out:
- Firstly, if it fits. This is a small and I think it's about right, but maybe it's too short? Or is that how it's supposed to be? And it feels boxier than what I'd expect, but is that just the thicker material? Should it be more tapered, or is this expected? Do you think the shoulders sit right? (basically, all the questions that I really should know myself already, but don't.)
- Second, would be interested in opinions. Really just focused on the jacket - the "outfit" is just what I was wearing when I went after work to the clothing store so no effort was put in there! Although advice welcome on what you think would pair well with this jacket.
