Can't pay em bills

So i am on the free plan, and i got a 72 cent bill, i didnt know so it didnt pay ig, i tried paying it and got 2 errors, great.

If you are going to limit access to my account and then don't let me pay, then why would i use your service.

I tried with multiple payments methods too, and with all of them i got the same error.
