Please Help I’m lost

So as most of you know, there’s this “secure boot state” needed to bypass VANGUARD-9003 But I am unfamiliar with how the process works or how to enter BIOS to enable this feature so I can finally play, last time I tried I accidentally wiped my computer, so a bit of help please.
