CAN'T LOGIN TO MY ACCOUNT HELP ME!

Hello . I can't login with Facebook.game center account or email/phone for a WEEKKK!
It says my account is in security mode .and need to contact ingame support which i did and never got answered
Im the only one using account and not more then three devices

My country: Algeria (ingame region turkey)
