New `layer` Helper in `@effect/vitest` Simplifies Test Setup and Teardown

PSA I just saw that the

@effect/vitest

@effect/vitest

package got a

layer

layer

helper. This is amazing, and obviates the need to do global vitest setup/teardown stuff (think testcontainers, etc.), and you can simply do everything effectfully/with layers. Awesome work - just wanted to plug this for anyone who hasn't seen it yet:
