can someone explain me this? its been days i cannot login

i already tried reinstalling the client and vanguard and still the issue is there. both my apac and emea acct cannot login

Solution
try this :
open command prompt as administrator and type these commands in order.
  1. netsh int ip reset
  2. ipconfig /release
  3. ipconfig /renew
  4. ipconfig /flushdns
  5. netsh winsock reset
  6. netsh advfirewall reset

    reboot the router
    wait for it to get connected to internet
    then reboot the pc```
