SQL Resolver Issue: Spans for `sql.Resolver.batch` Not Connected to Parents
@Tim Smart I'm seeing another small sql resolver issue, which may be a resolver issue more generally: the spans for
sql.Resolver.batch aren't connected to their parents. Is this because there are n parents, so there's no simple hierarchy?
