How to fix resource pack entity shader conflict

I have a shader in a regular resource pack that makes the heads of shulkers invisible, but when I enable a shaderpack with Iris, this gets overridden and it goes back to the default state, where the heads don't render transparency.

Every shaderpack I try using makes this happen, is there a way I can include my vanilla shader to make this not happen?
