I’m in desperate help because of a glitch 🙏

Whenever i jiggle to the left and right too much or just try to stand still and aim, i start Teleporting a little which makes me miss everytime i try to one tap someone...i’ve had this for so long restarting my PC doesn’t fix it, restarting the game doesn’t help, setting up my PC entirely new doesn’t help, my WiFi is good and i have no problems with it...Please if anyone knows help me.
