Block I/O issue?

Hey guys I’m fairly new to the self hosting VPS world and recently set up Dokploy on a Hetzner cloud VPS I have a few projects set up each with a Postgres instance, one also with a NextJS app and one Minio instance. My query is when going to monitor the server, the ‘write’ data in Block I/O is just constantly going up and won’t stop. I’ve attached the graph to illustrate Is this normal behaviour? Anything I can do/run to get more information on what’s causing all these writes?
