uc #ban for 30 days
So I purchased uc and used it my bank thought that it was “suspicious” activity I purchased it straight from pubg not another website , on the 8th I open my bank account and called them to tell them it was me and I used that money so they need to process it not dispute it, and they said we will cancel it and the money will go back to pubg. After 8ish hours I got banned even thought I cancelled the dispute.
I clicked on the file claim and it said no penalty found, I can’t even contact them.
I have proof that the dispute was cancelled and everything is back but I don’t understand how I can get my account back because I genuinely didn’t do anything or dispute the account how can I fix this because it is not my fault
It also says if you pay back you will get access back to your account but how do I even pay it back when I can’t access it.
Help me pls

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
