bazzite Legion Go eGPU game mode help

EGPU connector - TH3P4G3
Black screen on external display when using eGPU in Game Mode only. desktop mode works as intended.
Have tried all-ways-eGPU without success.
Now bazzite is stuck on Verifying Installation when trying to load into the OS on the native display with nothing connected.
