It depends on the usage, revenue, and popularity of Actor.

Doesn't this make it impossible for new Actors to rank? How can we possibly compete with incumbent Actors that have been around for years? I see some totally dysfunctional Actors that are offline for "maintenance" (weren't working) that continue to outrank mine.
It feels like the cards are severely stacked against new Actors 😓

Well. We are working on a better process. This is something needs bug work and hopefully until next quarter we have something better.
Anyway we do give new devs chance by featuring them every now and then.

Yes, because the current ranking methodology is quite horrendous. For example, why do these Actors that don't even work (are under maintenance) rank so high? While others with more users and that function are buried.
