Ping/Packet loss issues Vodafone DE

Been having issues for a long time now: ping is "fine" (spikes up to 80 at times) from morning to afternoon, but from ~5pm to midnight its just going crazy (talking about spikes every second or two, up to 110, 180 and 300+) making online games not enjoyable
