CDN is cloudflare but we don't have cloudflare for our website

We have been having issues with our website and thought we had them all resolved, except now we're being locked out of adding any items because of CloudFlare. However, no one has set up CloudFlare to our website. We're not sure where this is coming from and any help or guidance on how to figure out where CloudFlare is coming from would be amazing.
