Sudden Fps drops making the game unplayable

I have a RTX 4060 14th gen i7 gaming laptop and the game used to run smoothly giving 250-300+ fps in game but these days im facing sudden drops in fps which in return causing mircolags and with this im not able to play valorant, i reduced my graphic setting to lowest but still no results, i capped my fps to 180 but still it microlags how to fix this
