[Bug Report][Remove Empty Dimensional Stacks] Dimensional Depot consumes the wrong resource

When shift-clicking a resource in the dimensional depot it consumes the wrong resource but sends the right resource to inventory, effectively converting one resource into another
I assume Remove Empty Dimensional Stacks is the cause of this as it re-ordered the list. And this has never happened before.
May or may not be related to Dedicated Server.
