Something went wrong every time I install a mod
I consistently get this error message related to refined power every time I install a mod including mods that are not refined power.
Do i just wait for refined power mod to update to 1.0 support or is there a fix for this?

Solution
It might just do the first it encounters - you should just disable your out of date mods
