Hi, I am confused on the topic of how to use plugins. Using Microsoft Symantec Kernel, I can instruct the LLM to call various functions and method that I define as agents. I don't understand how that works in GenKit. Is that supposed to be a plugin? If it is, how does it decide which plugin to use? Or is that supposed to be a retriever? At first i didn't think so but the name surely makes me think it is.
