add openai init go plugin from yukinagae...
I'd like to discuss whether community plugins can be referenced within the Genkit CLI. Thankfully, the PR linked below aimed to reference my OpenAI Go community plugin from the CLI. In my opinion, community plugins are better kept outside the official Genkit repository. However, I assume many developers would still like to use Genkit alongside other models, such as OpenAI and Claude. My suggestion is to include sample implementations of community plugins inside the go/samples directory. What do you think?
