Incorrect determination of IP address location
Hi there 
Recently, I rented a virtual server in Germany to use as a VPN server. The IP address assigned to it, according to the RIPE database, belongs to Frankfurt, Germany. However, according to the debug page (https://www.cloudflare.com/cdn-cgi/trace), Cloudflare identifies its location as Russia. What could be the reason for this? Screenshot attached.
