How can I comment out Beacon surface scanner?

For some reason I can no longer connect to my Beacon Rev H mcu.
I would like to comment this out for now so that I can test a new fan install but klipper will not do anything when it cannot connect to the Beacon mcu.
Is it possible to temporally comment out the Beacon?
I tried commenting out the [include RatOS/z-probe/beacon.cfg] in RatOS.cgf but it must be mentioned somewhere else also as I just get Unknown config object 'beacon'
