I have never used any hacking tools or unfair practices throughout my time playing PUBG, and I firmly believe this ban is a result of an error in your system.
I have contacted your support team multiple times, and each time I was met with vague responses. I was told that you need to verify that I am the rightful owner of the account. However, I find it illogical to repeatedly contact you about a banned account if it wasn’t my own. The account holds immense value to me, both in terms of the time and financial investment I’ve made over the years. I am eager to have it reinstated as soon as possible, as I have been unfairly penalized due to a mistake in your system.
I ask that you review the situation again and reconsider your decision. Why should I be held responsible for an error in the system that has mistakenly banned my account? I have spent considerable money on my account, and losing it is a significant personal loss.
I would be more than willing to have my account closely monitored for a period of time following its reinstatement. I am confident in my clean gameplay record, and I have nothing to hide. I kindly request that my account be returned to me, as I feel I have been unjustly punished.
