@supporter efore the ban I played classic and the next day my account was stolen, in a short time the attacker managed to unlink the email from the account and link his own, after which I lost the ability to log in to it, and after a request to hack the account they returned it to me and unlinked the email of the person who stole it, and when I log into the game it shows that my account is banned, I ask to remove this restriction, the owner received full access to the account, and the one who violated the rules will no longer be able to take possession of it
Solution
Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service, whether it was done by the owner or someone else that has compromised your account. Your only option is to use the File Claim option if you wish to appeal for your account suspension.
