Do we think that the vanguard actually like, do its job?

Hello Mrs. Administrator, moderator and developer, so In nine months ago, my valorant eventually got a false banned because it says im using third party devices, I wasn't using any background program and didn't opened valorant for a week(in 1/27 or idk) At that one week my dad was testing out the new wifi router that we installed and he has to use vpn for it , Idk if its that reason that I got banned but I don't think so because as I said I didn't opened valorant for a week. I have been sending tickets to your support thing and they always replied me with bot answers, It genuinely makes me mad is because you guys won't actually invistigate a problem is that people spend money on your game and instead they got banned for no reason. Eventually I talked to one of your Administrator nine months ago called Flokie and also, unfortunately same repiled with bots. You wanna know why the support tickets reply using bots? BECAUSE THERE WAS NEVER A FALSE BANNED TO SOMEONE WHO IS USING CHEATS!!!!, and that someone is me but I didn't use any third party device!!! So please you riot developer team. invistigate this problem immidiatly and istg, DON'T EVER USE BOTS AS TICKETS TO REPLY ME AGAIN. (I use the community help and say the same thing but no one actually cares lol) wat a loser manšŸ‘

The ban was placed correctly and was already confirmed by Manuel Review.
