Concerning unauthorised device login

I’ve been away from pubg for the last 2ish months to focus on settling into my new job. I’ve been online here and there but not playing and never for long. Today imagine my surprise I’ve logged into my account and noticed my outfit has been changed along with the weapons I was carrying. I have 3 outfits in my closets, but none of these were the ones being worn, and I’m always carrying an M416 but I’m currently holding a SCAR-L. So I thought it was a weird bug and shared it with my friend. She notified me that there have been a series of unauthorised logins to accounts and urged me to check my login history. To my horror there is a device I’ve never used logged in 2 days ago and what concerns me even more is that neither Apple or PUBGM notified me of this login. My method of login requires 2FA so unsure of how PUBGM allowed this to happen and why I wasn’t notified. I had to wait for a friend to tell me. As I hadn’t been on properly I don’t remember how many UC’s I had so I don’t know if the current amount has been tampered with. I’ve since seen PUBGM push out a notification “Notice of Character Errors in Some Newly Registered Accounts”. What a gross understatement of what this is. And my account isn’t new, my account was made day 1 when PUBGM was first launched.
