Workers with Kafka

Hey, has anyone ever successfully connected a Cloudflare Worker to a Kafka topic? I know the Upstash integration exists, but I'm looking for something that integrates with Confluent Cloud.

I'm looking exactly for this, when Upstash depricated Kafka, we have migrated to Confluent.

Currently we produce messages to Kafka via RestAPI of Confluent.

But, CloudFlare released TCP support, So I'm going to try this lib to see if it works with CF Workers: https://github.com/platformatic/kafka
