Account hacked and banned
My account was hacked, and the individual was banned for 10 years. I managed to recover the account, but now I'm paying for a mistake I didn't make. I have all the evidence and the pubg system probably has information about access to my account. I've sent several requests where I only got automatic responses where my problem wasn't solved. I've tried sending emails and contacting support in every way. Is there any step I can take? ID: 513634635

Accounts are suspended for violating PUBG MOBILE's terms of service regardless of who was using the account. Please use the File Claim option when trying to log into your account if you want to appeal for your account suspension.
If you have any objections to claim results, please contact the customer service through in-game or through this email: service@pubgmobile.com.
If you are not satisfied with the results after receiving a response, you may submit a support request through the official support subreddit with a description of the issue and your numeric user identification and wait patiently for a response.
