Commissioning V-core 4 500 IDEX - 0.8mm deviation range

Hi there. Had high hopes for my new V-core 4 which I just finished building. But 0.839 deviation range is kinda depressing. Really didn't expect that from a machined aluminum bed. Should I even bother assembling the heater pad at that point ? Any advice would be highly appreciated. Thanks
