Transferring domain to another cloudflare account

Hi, I created a ticket case with cloudflare to transfer my domain to another cloudflare account. I need it because on the other account I have Pages setup and want and really need to use this domain for that. So far I haven't gotten any response(was 3 days ago) but also on the receiving account it doesn't tell me where or how I can respond to the ticket to authorize the transfer.
