[Proposition] OpenRGB and Oversteer Flatpak
So, at the moment, both OpenRGB and Oversteer are being installed through Bazzite-Portal as an AppImage and Toolbox-Container. This could be easily simplified by installing flatpak versions of both Programs and adding rules to /etc/udev/rules.d
