I have a ticket open but i had a different question so i tried opening another ticket twice but it doesn't show up despite being submitted?

do you remember which game you selected
if you opened a ticket you should have recieved an email with a code + a direct link to that ticket

Well I guess you can ask in your first ticket for them to send you a link for the second one
but you should receive emails tho

some types are
emails only
i switched emails once, then went back to the og, since then i have been logging in to the game with my og email and for the support ticket but for account management it's asking me code from the 2nd email, i lost access to it plus i changed it back long time ago so it shouldn't ask for code from it
