Best budget turtleneck in Europe

Hey guys - looking for a couple of decent turtlenecks (in Black and off white) but not sure what my options are apart from Uniqlo. Ideally I would want something that holds its shape for a while, is warm and comfortable enough to wear from Autumn to Spring.

I'm happy to spend upto 70EUR (or slightly more if it is THAT good) but lesser is obviously better.

Suggestions?
