How to fix deleted Zone

I recently received an email that the zone was deleted and I would like to add it back. I am developer working on a project and I have taken up from the previous developer who created it. How do I manage to reinstate the domain name on my dashboard without having to pay as it has a 10 year paid plan then eventually deploy work onto the domain
