MC2ME slows DH down by up to 30%
MNOISIUM helps by 5 to 10%
MFaster Random helps by up to 5%, but when used with Noisium it slows it down for some unknown reason
MLithium can help a bit

Hbtw i play with better end installed, does the betterx world type affect anything?
MIt will be slower if anything, unless you also have other worldgen mods, then it will be faster cause betterX will disable the other worldgen mods
MStructure mods will also slow DH down, but by an unnoticeable amount (unless of course you have a big amount of them)
