How do I fix black bars (AMD)

Got this problem when I play valorant black bars appear i even put gpu scaling and full panel and still dosent work, my drivers are up to date aswell pls help

what's the resolution of your actual display(windows settings), and even check the resolution based on what gpu you have in their respective apps (Intel Graphics Command Centre, Nvidia control panel etc) make sure its same everywhere

1920x1080, when I go fullscreen and make it 1920x1080 i can click buttons and stuff but it still says custome res

and also the cutscene or whatever you call it when you are joining a game covers the full screen like its supposed to
