I started to try my own script for Blueprint but suddenly an error
Suddenly I can't open a single server..
And that TestRechost cannot be uninstalled.

There might have been an issue on install, could you try backing up your developer files and
blueprint -upgrade again?
Upgrade is basically a repair command at this point. It should backup your dev files automatically and place them back where they should, but back them up to be safe.
