okay so consistent 100+ ping yeah
then it;s either your ISP, or you are in the wrong servver
your dns settings might be screwed up aswell, try google's or Cloudfares DNS network
you can change your servers in valorant by pressing the network icon and presing your most optimal region
as said before this is probably a bug

can you restart your router for about 5min and then do this again?
restart in the way of unplugging?
that's an option but just turning the power switch to off for 5min and then to on again
works
