Pressure advance issue? Other?

I tried to tune the Amazon Basics PETG. After some tests on V-Core 4 the print quality has deteriorated. The main recent change was SET_PRESSURE_ADVANCE ADVANCE=0.075 after a 10cm tower in Prusa Slicer filament Start G-Code. My slicer filament preset on the right an the Generic PETG on the left.
Do you have suggestions to fix it?
